Where BargainSaga's money comes from and what that does not influence.
Using BargainSaga is free. This page explains where the money comes from, in plain words, because the networks we belong to and US advertising rules require it — and because you should know.
How we are paid
Most links on BargainSaga are affiliate links supplied by networks such as Awin and Impact. When you follow one, the network notes that the visit came from us. If you then buy something, the retailer pays us a share of the sale. The retailer pays it out of its own margin; you are charged the normal price.
What commission does not do
It does not decide which retailers are listed — that depends on whether they run a programme we can verify. It does not decide the order of offers — offers are sorted by date, discount size or aisle, never by commission rate. And it does not soften the wording — end dates and conditions are printed as the retailer gave them.
Unpaid links
A few stores on the site have no programme. Their links are ordinary links and earn nothing. They are shown the same way, so you cannot tell which is which — and neither can our ordering.
